Using Express Payment Options (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Microsoft Pay)

Overview

Donors that have a saved payment method on their devices have the option to give via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Microsoft Pay for a faster, easier donation process. This allows donors to complete donations without having to manually type in their details every time.
This option is on Kindful hosted donation pages, campaign pages, and crowdfunding pages and available for customers using Bloomerang Payments as their payment gateway.
Only one express payment method will appear at a time based on the browser being used, and credit card + ACH will still be available.

Managing This Data in Kindful

If a donor uses an Express payment, it will appear as a one-time transaction or recurring transaction in Kindful, just like other credit card payments appear on your Activities page in Kindful.

The payment method is stored in Bloomerang Payments and on the contact profile, just as other payment methods are. These payment methods can be managed just like any other payment methods created by way of an online donation collected in Kindful.
