This article provides an overview of the social profile appending found on Contact profiles in Kindful.
Understanding the Feature
Kindful partners with a tool called Full Contact to apply social media profiles to the contact records in your Kindful account. These icons will be displayed to the right of the contact's name.

How it Works
When you have a contact in Kindful that contains an email address that is connected to public social profiles, Full Contact can pull in and display these links. From the Kindful contact profile, click on any social media icon to be taken to the corresponding social profile. It can also add in a profile picture in Kindful based on the social profiles brought in.
Can I Edit the Data?
This information is collected from and posted by Full Contact, and there is no option to remove or edit it, including the social profile links. If you find that it pulls in an old or outdated/incorrect image, you can click on the profile image in Kindful, and either upload a correct one, or a standard profile face option. You will find this standard profile face image attached at the bottom of this article if needed.
