How to Create a Report with Pledge Balances

Admin users now have the ability to report on Pledge balances! This takes place in a Contacts Report so you can see which contacts have a Pledge balance for fundraising and donor-engagement purposes. This makes it easy to create a call list so you can follow up with your donors that still have outstanding money pledged to your organization. Check out the steps below!

  • Filter the Contacts page for whatever criteria you desire.
  • Click "create report" in the upper right corner. 
  • Select the "Total Pledge Balance" check box when choosing your columns.
  • Voila! An HTML version of the report will appear before your very eyes. You may then convert it to CSV or PDF and download it.
