Create a Report with Pledge Balances

This article specifically explores seeing pledge balances on a report.


Reporting on pledge balances takes place in a Contacts Report, so you can see which contacts have a pledge balance for fundraising and donor-engagement purposes. This makes it easy to create a call list so you can follow up with your donors that still have outstanding money pledged.

Reporting contacts with pledge balances

Open the Activities or Contacts page and filter for the criteria you need to report on.

Click Create Report from the right sidebar.

When choosing the column sets to show on your report, find and select Total Pledge Balance. This is found in the Contact tab for creating your report. Learn more about creating column sets here.


When you've finished choosing your column set and create the report, you'll see an in-app preview of the report. Choose to convert to PDF or CSV
