How am I billed for Contact Overages?

Overview

Your subscription to Kindful is based on the number of contacts you wish to store in your account. Each plan has a corresponding overage fee that is will be charged monthly if you happen to exceed the allotted amount of contacts for your Kindful account. Your Organization's Kindful subscription comes with a number of contact records included. If your Organization goes over the "included" contact count, then you will be billed for the additional contacts monthly.

Your plan specifies the fee you'll pay for pay for additional buckets of contacts.

For example:

The Sea Turtles Organization signed up for Kindful's Growing plan on 1/1/2016. Their Growing plan includes 15,000 Contact records, with additional buckets of 1,000 available for $20 each.

On February 14th Pat at The Sea Turtles Organization adds the 15,001st contact record. The next time the 1st of the month occurs, (since The Sea Turtles Organization signed up on the 1st), they will be billed for the additional contact(s) over 15,000.

In this example, on March 1st, they will be billed an additional $20 for 15,001 contact records, (up to 16,000 contact records).

The same calculations are performed on April 1st and so forth.

Your Organization's price per contact bucket may vary based upon the for which you plan you signed up. Please refer back to your agreement, or contact billing@kindful.com and we will be happy to assist.
