How often am I billed for Contact Overages?

Contact Overages are billed monthly on the same day of the month that your Organization signed up for your plan.


How do I know if I've gone over my included Contact Count?

You are only billed for Active contacts. Refer to your Kindful plan for the number of contacts included in your particular subscription. You would have been given this information when you signed up for Kindful.

Compare the number of included Contacts in your subscription agreement with the number of active contacts. A total of active contacts is displayed on your Kindful dashboard. 


How much am I going to be billed for Overages?

If you've gone over the contact count included with your subscription, you will be billed monthly for buckets of contacts. Typically this is a bucket of 1,000 contacts. The price for a bucket of contacts depends upon your subscription. Please refer to your Kindful plan for the number of contacts and price per bucket for your particular subscription. You would have been given this information when you signed up for Kindful.
