Tip: There are four different payment gateways that you can choose from to make sure that online donations flow seamlessly into your Kindful database: Bloomerang Payments, Stripe, Authorize.Net, or PayPal. |
Getting Started
If you don’t already have an account with Authorize.Net, learn more and sign up at authorize.net.
All you need are the following items:
- Transaction Key
- API Login ID
- CIM needs to be enabled on your Authorize.Net account through Settings
- Enable the Transaction Details API in your Authorize.Net account. Read more about it here.
- Update your CVV Validation Settings:
- CVV Validation on charge must be Disabled
- CVV Validation on Add Card can be Enabled if you choose
*It is our recommendation that you do not enable the Fraud Limit Setting inside of Authorize.net for the best experience.
The next section will walk through how to gather this information and get Authorize.Net connected to your account.
Note: You might get emails from Authorize.net periodically, alerting you that they are about to upgrade to their most recent version. It will also prompt you to reach out to us to make sure we are compliant with that version. Rest assured, we stay on top of this, and your Kindful account will always stay up to date, and fully compliant with every version of Authorize.net.
