Managing Your Support Emails

We are so happy to have made this switch in how we are handling our support requests.  A huge reason for us doing it is that it gives you insight into the questions you have and where we are in the process.  

  1. When you visit, you will now see an option to Sign In found in the top right corner. 
  2. Once you have created an account (don't worry, it just takes a minute), you can Sign In 
  3. Once you're signed in, click on your username, found in the top right corner, to display a few actions you can take. Select My Activities.                                                            
  4. You can now track progress and status, which will alert you to any actions you may need to take.
