The Kindful Help button is the easiest way to access our support team, located in Nashville, TN (USA). 

Get Help

Click the Help button at the bottom of the left sidebar using our Answer Bot.


Type in a topic or question and we'll suggest articles from the Help Center for you to try first.


If these don't help, click Get in touch and choose to Leave a message. Go ahead and send us a detailed message outlining your problem so we can try to recreate it on our end.



Press Send and your message will appear in our inbox. We'll reach out to you within 24 business hours.
